I've found the best combination is to have one wall of a tunnel be freeze walls and the other be vertical bouncing blades. This allows for enemies to be frozen and then cut to ribbons. Placing butterfly walls low, with a freeze wall on top of them may look a little weird but it still hits almost every enemy type with both walls (tiny enemies like kobolds being the exception).
